Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Course not delivered as promised (for example, classes not started after enrollment).
- If refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- If the user has already attended live/recorded sessions.
- If the user is dissatisfied after course access has been granted.
- No refund for change of mind.
Refund requests can be raised by emailing enquiry@cloudcontainer.in within 7 days of payment.
