2. Course Access
   • Access is provided only to the registered user and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred.
   • Course access is valid as per the duration mentioned at the time of purchase.
3. Payments
   • All payments are to be made in advance via secure gateways (PhonePe, UPI, Cards, Net Banking).
   • Course fees once paid are non-transferable.
4. Refund & Cancellation
   • Please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable cases.
5. Intellectual Property
   • All course content, materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of CloudContainer.fun and cannot be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
6. Code of Conduct
   • Participants must maintain respectful behavior in live sessions. Misuse or disruptive activities may lead to termination of access without refund.
7. Jurisdiction
   • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in Nagpur India jurisdiction.
